Most importantly, we're looking for someone with a positive attitude, genuine enthusiasm for hospitality, and a desire to learn. We work hard, take what we do seriously, but never ourselves. Personality, warmth and a good sense of humour are every bit as important as professional standards.

We have also been recognised in The Caterer's Top 30 Best Places to Work in Hospitality and voted Number One in Harden's Top 100 UK Restaurants. We're incredibly proud of our standards, our culture, and the people who make both possible.

You'll have the opportunity to work with some of the finest food, wines and spirits available, serving a loyal clientele who rightly expect exceptional yet personal service. We have built our reputation on delivering hospitality that is professional, characterful and led by genuine personalities.
