We are looking to recruit a Pastry Chef to join our engaging, enthusiastic and conscientious team of professionals.

A background in gastronomic restaurants is not essential, as we offer unparalleled training, support and connections for your on-going development. However this is a senior role that demands a strong culinary understanding and a technical specialism in pastry and restaurant desserts. You will be responsible for the dessert offering for our A La Carte and Dégustation menus and the organisation and mise en place of the Pastry Section.

 

We open for dinner only, and work straight shifts over a five day working week. We offer an attractive salary, equitable share of the gratuities and meals on duty. The work atmosphere is calm and organised and we expect only the highest standards.

 

Set in truly beautiful countryside with Hills, Lochs and Glens a stone's throw away,  we are ideally located for the towns of Auchterader, Stirling and Perth and are less than one hour away from the cosmopolitan cities of Edinburgh and Glasgow.
